my Leaves have curled up and started rolling up and crispy (pics)

these leaves are still crispy i flushed with 10 -11 gallons of ph adjusted distilled water. i Have pulled the lights back and have lowered the temp in the cabinet between 70-75 degrees. you wouldn't have any other suggestions would you? tthanks so much for your time -Tom
