Definitely looks nice +rep for the solid build and pictures.. much appreciated for a learning soul such as I.

One question I've always had with these systems if you (or anyone) would like to enlighten me on is the transplantation for flowering. Once you get roots in this type of system how do you move them to a flowering situation with the roots dangling? Do you just set them in a batch of clay pellets carefully or do you directly flower with this same method.

You can move to clay pellets. I using soil so I just move them in to pots
