I have tow girls that have been under LED lighting for about 4 weeks at 12/12. I want to move the outside because of lighting problems inside.What do I have to do for a safe transition? any advice would be apprecated

make sure its not in the spring time or they will stop flowering and will reveg.... its a lot harder to put flowering plants outside for a switch,.
