good job so far for your first time, not sure if those lights are going to cut it..maybe you just need to get them a little closer to the light.

If your got 18" at 3 1/2 weeks from spout then your light is entirely to far away.

Go get a 4 pack of atleast 23w cfl 100w eqv.put about 5inches from them should help alot. The 6 pic that pic tells me they have been hot are needed watering by the way the leaf is dried.

That light looks really yellow for veg, could just be the pic tho. you're probably going to get slow growth with that.

gonna get a blue blub for it and i dont think it could grow any slower its 7weeks old and its so tiny

Don't worry about the size, I really think it's your lighting. Just try and learn as much as you can and keep at it.
