My fluro growroom. Plz comment

Hey all!

This is my first grow and i decided to go with fluro lighting. What the pics show is 3, 4 foot fixtures with low profile reflectors. Each fixture holds two, 32 watt natural sunshine bulbs. I dont remember exactly how old the plants are but there about 20 days old. I plan to get them to about 12" then flower, if anyone can suggest different bulbs i should be using for flowering please let me know. Or any other changes i should make please let me know! As far as im concerned there going good ! no problems yet.

Set up looks good, I started out my first grow the same way using fluro's , I used 3 shop lights like you have, I used cool white T12 40w bulbs on the out side fixtures and I used 2 Phillips Aquarium/plant bulbs in the middle fixture, and my plant grew over 3 ft tall before I moved them over to Flower room..... which was about a little over 2 months vegging.....My grow room is 10'x4'x6'. Veg area is 4'x4'x6' and flower is 6'x4'x6' ... I've been building up my lighting and venting equipment over in the flower room for a bigger yield, so I'm using a 600 w HPS w/A/C reflector and venting fresh air in using a small floor drying fan, and just got a 400 cfm inline fan to hook up to my 6" A/C reflector and dehumidifier to vent out the heat, I'm still having a little issue with the heat in the room, but I'm going to add a 2nd source of fresh air in tomorrow, so I'll see how much of a difference that will make for the inside temp of the grow room, since it's enclosed.

Yea I wish I could add a hid to the mix myself but for electric and
heat issues I think I'm going to use a led for flowering. Any comment on that?

I like the setup. I am also on my first grow, and I used CFLs for vegging. I was really happy with how they worked, but the growth was slow compared to what I heard from other people who use 400/600/1000W metal halides.
For the space that you are growing in, you will probably be fine until you flower, at which point you might want to get a 150w or 250w HPS.

I've heard that a general rule is to provide each plant with 50W of light. It looks like you have 8 plants now, 4 or so of which will be female. That means you would be served well using a 250W HPS (unless you want to spend more for a 400 or 600).
