My First Time Set Up, is it enough?

Ok so this is my first time growing and I have minimum of knowledge. Im growing in my closet and its mad amature. I know the standard lights and stuff needed but right now i dont have enough money to purchase the stuff so im starting from scratch. This is what im working with.

3' by 6' floor space....


I have one wall tin foiled but i messd up and hung it up shiny side out ..

3 cheap flourescent lights, maybe 80 watts total....

1 Regular Room lamp, 60 watts (dont know if this is good 4 growing)

1 Oscillating fan

I got my soil set up and one seed has sprouted from the soil. For some reason its pretty unhealthy so far. One of those little round leaves fell off but its starting to stand up straight and its looking a little better and its not as discolored. Its been 2 days since i planted it and ive been doing 24 hour lighting with a mixture of flourescent and the room light. I got the room light dangling from the bar in my closet and the flourescent light are set up real close to the plant. Im wondering if I should cut out the lamp and keep the just flourescent lights or use both??? I just wanna know if this is sufficient enough for a while until i can afford better lighting and stuff?? Any tips would help a bunch. Thanks

If it's only a couple days old you should be fine for a little while. As far as the incandescent bulb is concerned, it's not hurting anything, but I'm not sure if it's really helping either.

Can I Use CFL bulbs through their whole life span??????????

get more light and i thought alum foil didn't work the same as mylar....
