hello and welcome to my first grow......everything is real basic since it is the first one i ever did....2 stage veg....lower four 5 foot flros upper is a 4oow mh...
flower room is a 400w hps with drip....
help me tweek it to get the most outta what i got thankx

hey bro, I'm not going to rain on your grow, the plants look good and healthy, so you are obviously doing stuff right. That being said, I would only say.. lose the tin foil, invest in some mylar.
A second suggestion, for the set up in pics #2 and #3.. you could consider putting reflective surfaces on the other sides as well.. even if it's like bristol board or something.. may help reflect some of the light and help.
