My First Outdoor Grow

So these are my 4 girls. also my first ever, actually. This is still a seedling no nutes feds yet, just peat perlite ewc. and water of course. although, my ewc had rock dust and kelp in it.
I'm just curious as to how they're looking?




I have two that look more of a dark green and two that look more of a lighter green. And one of those two lighter green seems to have some yellow spot. very lightly. What could this be? If you heavyweights see anything wrong with these or maybe something I should try differently, let me know so I could fix these. I want the best quality yield from this plant. and I'm ready to devote countless hours to these babies.
also I've noticed in some people's posts that their stems are a lot thicker than mine? why is that? is it because I don't have a fan blowing? but they're outside with a lot of wind. is it because it's not a constant flow/power of wind?

Also I noticed pic on has two brown spots.. 1 on the cotyledon and 1 on the serrated leaf. both at the very tips. And on that same plant. it seems to be like another set of leaves is coming in, but it appears to be another single finger leaf? is that normal? shouldn't my second set of leaves been 2 finger? then 3 finger then 4 finger and etc etc.?

Iv got a few seedlings abit smaller than yours and 1 don't look so good well so I think so it's my first grow as well did ur young seedlings look like this almost like a yellow colour on the tip of this 1
