My first indoor grow

Never grew cannabis before but I have a lot of friends and family who give me advice. Anyways I'm using 3 75 watt 6500k cfl lights and my seedlings seem to love it but is this enough light for the vegging? I only want a little 3 foot plant for my box. Was on a budget so going for the best lights wAsn't a option . By the way the first two seedlings are just test plants... It gets plenty of fresh delta breeze (lucky me) and I have my waters ph at around 6.3 to 6.6 There currently in fox farms ocean forest soil. Is this setup decent for a first timer? Any tips would be great! Thanks~~~.

you can probably get them through veg with that lighting but I'd get a budget 400-600w hps for flower check out ebay its pretty cheap but then you'll need an inline fan and probably a charcoal filter unless you don't have neighbors or guests cause even just a few stink.

Depends more on how large of an area you're trying to illuminate with those.
I have a 2x2 area, and vegged fine with only 98w of CFL, then even flowered for over a month with them before I added and went to 305w, to finish with over 2 1/2 oz. from one plant.

This grow, I vegged 2 plants in that same space for 60 days with about 170w of CFL's.
