My first indoor grow....any suggestions?

Hello everybody!
This is my first indoor grow and I have a question and am just wanting some suggestions. I have built a 4'x8' closet, all the walls and floor is covered in quality mylar and it has a carbon filter exhaust fan. I have two full spectrum 1000 watt LED's (2000 watts total) that has two switches, vegetative and flowering. I have six autoflower seedlings, 2-Bruce Banner #3, 2-LSD and 2-White Fire 43 and I'm in the end of the first week. I'm having trouble finding what switches should be on when........some suggest at a certain stage and others say put both switches on from the beginning.....so what should I be doing and when? Also, is 2000 watts too much for the number of plants and the size of the room? Any other suggestions would be deeply appreciated! Thank you!

What lights? I can guarantee they are not 1000 watt each. The 1500 watt blurple led i use when temps are an issue pulls 240 from the wall with both switches on.

They were advertised and labeled 1000 watt..........
Lol...the diodes are 1000 watt total sure. But they only run them at 20% or something to save life span.

The led i have are listed as 1500 watt..but when you plug em in to the meter they pull 240.

Also...1000 watts of true led power is going for well over 500$ last time I checked. So if you paid less than 500 for that light....sorry it ain't 1000.

What is the brand?

It's just a generic no name brand from China, lol. Can't afford the high end ones at this point, lol. Will these be enough? and should I have both switches on?

Probably only 100w draw from wall.
Good for seedlings/ veg and maybe only one or two plants in flower, in a small closet.

Can you post light size and specks? Link?
So we can look it up and see what its actually rated for...

always keep both switches on. Going to need to run them close to get any good use. Which in turn means you will need better than average cooling and air flow. Many down sides of using the purple lights. Been there... done that.. upgraded asap.

Well def not enough for a 4'x8' closet!
You would need two of those ligjts in a small closet for them to work effectively
Only 2.5' x2.5' which is not good enough for your Room.

If money is a concern probably going to have to go with hps. 1000 watts will cover your 6 plants. 600 probably work also.

Correct me if I'm wrong

1000w hps will do 4X4, so would need two 1000w hps for a 4x8 or three 600w hps for a 4x8. Is Ideal ;) but two 600w hps would work...just not to full potential.

Okay, lol....Can I use a combination of hps and led? Lets say a 1000 watt in the center of the room with the led's on each end? Or could I double up on the leds I already have and use four of them? Sorry for all the questions but this is different than outdoor gorilla growing, lmao.
