My First Grown 400w Hps "The Church"

Hey there guys this is my first grow. Has been about 1 week since the little girl sprouted! At first I thought they were going kind of slow but they seem to be fine I think. I have a 400w hps in a 2ft x 2ft x 4ft box, with a 256cfm exhaust and a cool tube hooked to my carbon filter :) Did lots of research before I started the setup to make sure everything went smooth. Mainly because me and my girlfriend live in a condo, we own it but still it is hard to deal with the temps, exhaust, and smell issues so I wanted to make sure I was well prepared!

I would love some feed back if anyone has any! I have attached some pictures, thanks everyone!

soil: promix
light: 400w hps
strain: "The Church"
exhaust fan: 256cfm squirrel
box: 2ft x 2ft x 4ft
no nutes yet, plant is only 1 week old

I'm curious about The Church. How's the grow?

Snickelfrits, where'd you get your avatar. That's a cool design:leaf:
 
I grew the Church about 2 years ago using a 600 watt MH and HPS light. Got 5 plants out of 10 seeds and was some of the best smoke I've ever had.
