My first grow

Small update. Things seem to be going well. Still in Veg. I think I'll go another 2 weeks.

Photo 1 - My favorite plant right now. I'm on the hope system for this one being female. Notice the bottom right of the plant. Lower branch grew out quite long. It is about 2 1/2" right now, the opposite side is half the size, you can tell which side I favor the light to. Looks like it will produce some nice bud sites!

Photo 2 - I call this my my dwarf. It does not seem to be growing any higher but the under leaves are really bulking up. I trimmed the fan leaves. Some others burnt.

Photo 3 - my OLDEST plant. WTF is up with this thing? It is not growing any undergrowth except on the lower few branches. Photo 1 plant is the same size and more full and 1 - 1.5 week younger!!

Photo 4 - Different angle of the dwarf.

Photo 5 - Overview

Photo 6 - My favorite next to a ruler. 8" high from top of soil. Her leaves seem to be more narrow than wide like the others. I am so impressed by this one. Please do me good.

Everything else seems to be going well. The 3 new plants I got are enjoying their new lights. One of them needs a transplant but I might experiment with just leaving it in the cup for it's life. Maybe get a nice small bud off of it when flowering.

Update!

I built a new set up to introduce my ladies into the fine world of flowering.

Not flowering just yet. I had the cash to burn so I went out and bought a 4 bulb vanity light, a timer and 4 42w 2700k CFL and wired that bitch up.

I switched from 24/0 to 18/6 on Thursday.

I just added that CFL reflector before I took the photos to get some light on the lower branches of a few of the plants.

Things are looking great -- they seem to love the change. I'll be vegging for maybe 2 more weeks.

I need to get some nutes together.

So I took the lights out of my cabinet for now and I hung them over these plants on the sides.

Total of 366 watts. 20800 lumens. Red / Blue light.

Just trying to make these things get bigger and more full as quick as possible.

When I am out of the house I'll probably only keep 1 set of the side lamps on and switch day by day on which side I leave on. For heat reasons.

When I am home which is very often I will leave all of the lights on.

Pictures tomorrow probably.
