My First Grow

My plan is to grow 4 plants in a 4x4x4 Wooden insilated box (indoor).
-I need to know how many seeds i need if i am planning to grow 4 plants? will a 10 pack be enough?
-What is the best possilbe soil i could use?
-What sort of pot should i plant the plant in?
-Do i need some sort of fan circulating in the box? can it be any old fan?
-What is the best possible light i could use for this box and these 4 plants?
-Is painting the walls in the box white the right thing to do?

1. ten pack should be enough
2. make sure you ventilate your BOX well!!!!
3. fox farm is a good soil and so is Black Gold
4. if you exhaust your box, you can use any light you want.. PULLING the heat away from an HPS light is going to be vital for the success of your grow...
5. if this is your first GROW... then you should consider just growing a couple plants using CFLs... and get some experience... it will still produce good buds and it will be a gratifying low stress experience...
6. yes, painting the inside of the bix white is GOOD!
