My first grow with trouble in the early stages (pictures)

SOIL:
What STRAIN are you growing? A friend's clone, the strain is unknown but it's a dense indica.
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Clone
What is the age of your plants? 2 weeks?
How Tall are the plants? 3.9 inches
What PHASE/photoperiod (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in, for how long? Vegetative
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG, TREE etc) None atm
What size pots are you using? 8 inch
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) My buddy mixed the mixture for me so I don't quite know.
What Nutrient's are you using?How much of each with how much water? How Often? *Knowing the brand is very helpful* I am using fish fertilizer, and terracycle worm casting solution. I spray a couple squirts of the worm casting solution on the plant every day. I have used the fish emulsion twice within a week
What is the EC of your nutrients used? No idea
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? Not quite sure but I tested the soil with a crappy PH soil kit from walmart, it came up as alkaline
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? PH capsule
How often are you watering? A couple squirts from a bottle a day, 1/8th a gallon of water every 3 or 4 days. (overwatered the clone a couple days ago when I first got it so I am not too concerned about watering atm)
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding?
What size bulb and fixture type are you using? I am using a 600w HPS
What is the distance to the canopy? The light is about 2 feet from the plant
What is your Relative Humidity? 25-30% right now because it's cold in my area, but normally its around 35-40%.
What is the Day/Night Temp?
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 630 CFM in a 72" x 30" x 20" cabinet (waiting on the fan speed controller)
Is there an oscillating fan blowing directly at plants? yes
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No
Is your water HARD or SOFT? I use distilled water
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Distilled
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? It is a clone
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? No
Are plant's infected with pest's? Not that I know of.

Well dude, looks like your plant is either getting nute burn, or may be burning from the heat. Try using slightly less fertilizer, and make sure the temp in your grow room never gets over 30 Celcius. Another tip may be to just spray the leaves with normal sterile water(instead of your normal ferts) once or twice a week to prevent the stomata on the leaves from getting clogged, or the fertilizer to burn the leaves.
