My First Grow! Please Help! Advice/Opinions

Hi guys,

This is my first attempt at an indoor grow. I have a secret jardin II 1.5 x 1.5 . 2.0 grow tent with a 600watt sodium lamp. Growing in 20litre pots with biomix soil.

There are 7 plants on the go all done at the same time yet not one plant is the same. I have started with Vertigo by Paradise Seeds autofem. I heard from a friend that it isn't unusual for auto's to be a bit different from plant to plant.

I'm about 5 weeks in and am worried that the buds won't grow to a substantial size.

The tent is also getting very very humid and there is a lot of condensation forming all the time now. I have put a dehumidifier in there to try and combat this. Should I be doing that or not?

I also have put together 3 makeshift co2 producers (basically a 3 x 2 litre bottles with water, yeast and sugar)

The average temperature is 32 degrees c and my light timing is 20/4.

Please and tips and advice on how to make my set up better or am I doing alright?

what do you have for ventilation and where do you intake from (climate controlled room, outside?)temps sound a little high

you want to pull your air from a climate controlled room 70 degreeish, and you want to be able to exchange the air in that room about once a minute or more and that should keep you below 80 degrees or whatever that translates too

not sure what all that stuff means on that fan usually we measure cubic feet per min. but it looks lik they measure m per 3 hr. kinda strange if it were m per minuet I might understand.

you have about 4.5 square m so a fan that an moove about 5 per min would work ok or round up to the nearest equivilant fan

Setting the grow room up as you advise shouldn't be an issue. I'll get onto it this weekend.

What do you think about the condensation? Is it a problem? I would guess that given the countries these babies grow it can't be too much of a problem except for maybe mold?

What do you think?

I am newer to growing as well however i recently read in a Rosenthal book that over heating from weeks 2 to 5 of flowering is unfortunate but also non salvagable... youll prob. get buds but very small ones... they look stretched out like that because they are trying to discipate all that heat. And yes the condensation could represent many different Relative humidity percentages but cannabis does good in 40 to 80 percent... mold also does good in 60 to 80 % so ideally in flowering you need to have it between 40 and 60%... no matter the country of origin the air isnt that dense with condensation all day every day

Thanks for the advise this is my first attempt and will do much better next time round. I plan on getting a moving fan and a carbon filter I hope this sorts out the heat issue.
Really interesting information. Thanks
