Hey Fellow Growers!

I'll start off by saying I am a complete beginner. After a month or so of endless reading and setting up my stealth, closet grow room I am off to a steady start! I thought I would keep an online journal throughout my grow in hopes of receiving some comments or advice. Thanks for reading and anything you have to offer is much appreciated! I will start by explaining my grow room and what I have completed thus far. I am posting this after my first week of planting my germinated seeds.

Grow Room (Small Closet):
-Three 2.5 gallon buckets
-Substrate: 75% coconut coir and 25% perlite
-CFL: 1 42w 6500k and 2 26w 2500k CFL bulbs per plant
-One 8inch oscillating fan
-Mylar film adhered to walls/door
-Automatic Fire Extinguisher mounted to ceiling (I'm paranoid)

So far I have three feminized one week old plants. I have only fed them fresh tap water adjusted to roughly 6.0 - 6.5ph. I have given them a thorough watering about every other day, or whenever the first inch of coconut coir is dry. A few times a day I give them a light spray to keep the air humid and plants moist. Temperature has been maintained around 80 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity between 35% - 50%. My main concern right now is the different rates in which they are growing. Plant 1 seems to be doing extraordinarily well compared to Plant 2 and 3. There is so much information out there I'm conducting a little experiment and have planted Plant 1 and 3 directly in there final pot. Plant 2 is in a smaller container which I plan on transferring to the larger 2.5 gallon bucket later. My question is, by looking at my pictures is the growth rate normal given one week? Are they growing slow, fast, or seem normal? Why is Plant 1 doing so much better than 2 or 3? Pictures below. Thanks!
