This is my first grow and its kinda a haggard set up. i have 6 solo cups each with 1 seedling. they are under 3 26 watt cfls about 2 inches away. the grow room is about 82F and gets up to 85F but my house is 80F so i cant do much about the AZ heat. in the past few days they grew alot so i am pretty optimistic and im just hoping for one female for now. im going to add some Co2 in the next few days hoping that will speed up the growth. i want to flower asoon as possible.
any help is welcome

I hope you have a fan on those and closer to the cfl's so they don't become leggy.

By keeping a fan on them constantly that will help. You should notice the stems thickening anytime. Just make sure that your young plants don't get too close to your cfl's. About an inch away is what you want heat allowing of course.

i used 3 outlet to lamp holder (see photo) and just put them into a power strip and hung that from the bar in my closest so i could adjust the height.
bulb screws into that and you can plug it into any outlet

Hey Siqq...
Go to Home Depot and buy some dome-shaded work lights with chrome reflectors... the kind with the spring clamp for gripping onto things. Put your CFLs in those reflectors to get maximum efficiency from your lights. I take off the clamps and simply suspend the domes by their wires from above the plants. Easy to adjust as the plants grow.
