My first grow :) Advice?

I' a long time smoker and recently moved to an area that an indoor grow is possible and decided to give it a try. I made a 3x3x3 box to start 4 seedlings in (unfeminized) and am hoping for atleast one female just to try my hand at this. my seeds just started germinating and i have a soil mixture of 70% Seed starting soil 15% Perlite 15% vermiculite under a total of about 100w of CFL with a small 12v computer fan.

Thats pretty much it anyone have any advice?
