Hello ladies and gents,

My name is Dan and I just wanna start my first grow journal off by saying thanks to the people who made and run this website. This is an amazing tool for me to get feedback on something I am becoming increasingly passionate about. I love weed! ha!

But anyways, every piece of intelligent feedback/criticism/opinions/tips/help that you give me is greatly appreciated whether good or bad. I have done my homework on nearly everything that a grower should know, but I am still a noob. So basically I'm asking for your help. I want my grows to be the best possible from now on.

So have fun and let me/my plants have it! Do your worst!

These were started on august 5th and all sprouted within the next 24hours. They are 11 days old right now. I am a tad bit worried about a couple of them with slightly curling leaves by the stem and yellow spots on a few of them. But I can't grow all 12 in my closet with 1 light so I guess I'll just let mother nature do her thing and pick the strongest 4-6 to grow...

here are my closet/grow specs:
1 400w HPS (from htg supply) with 2 bulbs (1reg hps, and one hps w/ blue spec added) its about 18 inches away from the plants right now.
room: 5x9ish (standard walk in closet)
fox farm nutrients + soil (ocean forest)
using distilled water
I have ph correction and neem oil handy
3 fans 1 is an oscillating fan.

The 12 I have growing right now are just random bags seeds from good weed i bought. Don't worry, I have 1 blue cheese and 3 white widow autoflowering seeds on the way for the next round!!
I will be posting a few vids on youtube of my grow for more feedback so feel free to check it out! http://www.youtube.com/user/ThaGrowChannel?feature=mhee

Here are some quick pics of my room too, in case u dont wanna bother going to youtube. Sorry about the hps pics it screws up my cam...

quick update. I see my last pics are not exactly viewable :(

BUT! its ok! cuz my babies are doin great. The transplant was successful with absolutely no signs of stress. They actually grew faster and the green deepened a bit the night after the transplant.

I just FIMmed all but the two smallest ones. Hopefully I didn't totally mutilate them! lol

I know these are just bag seeds but I'm goin HAM!!!! >>> Ph = just above 6.0, Temp = 77 during day 70 at night, Humidity = 45-60%
using Fox Farm soil (ocean forest) and nutes (grow big and big bloom for now) and feeding using the Fox Farm feeding schedule...
the light is about 19 inches away from the center plant.

As far as I can tell everything is spot on.

These plants are 16 days old and I Fimmed then about 12 hours ago....

get some. :D
