I did the butter in a crockpot, 2 sticks unsalted and a 1/4 oz of daywrecker (with a little kief for the hell of it!).
Put a towel in the crockpot (to prevent the mason jar from rattling and breaking), fill over the towel with water, 8 hours later, strain in cheese cloth ... Butter! Put butter in fridge to cool.
Chocolate chip cookies
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flower
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup well packed brown sugar
1 tsp of GOOD vanilla extract ... The cheap extract leaves more of a mj taste imo but you can also add an extra tsp of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp of granulated sugar to help with the taste.
2 large eggs
2 sticks of the above butter
2 cups of your fav chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, in small bowl
Beat butter, mix both sugars, and add extract into a large bowl
Add eggs one at a time.
Gradually add flower stuff
Add chocolate chips, mix well
Make size you want, bake 10-11 minutes
Now .... My crockpot on low never gets above 213 degrees F so that is why I use a crockpot. Also, I do not recommend using vacuum sealing bags. It extracts the oil out of the cookie ... So if you do, definitely lick the package clean!
