my first bug problem...anything else?

I had some fungus gnat problems. Should I bother continuing to flower? I'm in week 4 after having fed some SM-90 to get rid of the gnats. Now I'm not seeing much progress. I am not dumb, I know I won't get as much as usual, but will they even continue growing or am I throwing away nutrients and electricity? Here are pics of my mother I've been waiting for and about to clone from, and intermediate pics from beginning to now. Also a leaf sample that looks purple. picture number 1 is the purple leaf close up. number two is a close up of the afghani under cfl lighting. number three is about two days old so week 4 day 2 or 3.

four is another afghani close up. five is a week after FIM. 6 is the same day I believe.

7 is the day I FIM'd. 8 is late week 3 or early 4. 9 is two days ago under cfl.

thirteen is a new clone from another local patient. that's chocolate kush...his first attempt at aero cloning...itty bitty clones! geez! but now it's got roots thru a 10" net pot. fourteen is my momma AK48 6 weeks in that 10" net pot.
