My Co2 set up, critique it please!

Almost completely sealed, using a Titan Atlas 2 along with a 20 lb co2 tank and Titan regulator. Room is 5 x 5 x 6 with 3 small fans going in there. I have the flow meter set to 4, when i left the temp was at 90F, whats the absolute highest? Its a sauna room so it retains heat pretty well with the 1,000 watter. (bare bulb) I have no ventilation going on in there at all right now, would really appreciate insight from people who've been using CO2. Also, should I have the tank twisted all the way open or just half way?

Was getting way too hot in there so I had to open up the door, now I have to account for two rooms both the same size. About to have it completely sealed off though.

Please, I would really like to know what some peoples temps are in their set ups and whatnot. I've been having a difficult time with heat stress with some of my ladies and cannot add anymore electronics otherwise it will blow a fuse. The main reason why I added Co2 was the temp.
