My CFL setup

I have a cfl setup now but used to have a 600w MH system at my old place and my new cfl setup is lower profile and is so far growing great.
FYI I would switch out the soft white or 2700k lights with Daylight bulbs like the others.
Save the soft white bulbs for flowering. I understand that you are wanting to get a balanced lighting system but the red light that the softwhite put off wont be put to as good of use as the blue light that the daylights will put off.
also it looks like you have a small grow area so be sure to have some good ventilation.

No, those are not blacklights, but they are in the 420-430nm range. The plants are just far enough away to not get burnt when I lower the lid.
Actually, I am going to swap out the two 10k tubes with red ones in the next day or so. I am flowering now. And I want a good mix for vegging, they still like red light during veg too.
I use it for both.

Ahh ok yeah. Im not flowering yet but when I do I intend on keeping 2 of my 6500k lights and switching out the other 6. You should post some recent pics of your plants. I am interested to see how the buds develop with that many 6500k lights.

They do fine. Sorry, I dont take pics of my plants, its bad luck for me. There is something in the flash, I swear it. Everytime I take a pic of them, they get sick.
