Your light needs to be WAYYYY closer to your plant. How big is the room you're growing in? You'll need a lot more lights, get some 42w CFLs. Are you only growing one plant? Sorry for all the questions lol

You should get a larger pot and replant it up to the leaves and bring lights in much closer, only about 1"-2" away. If that is your only plant, you may want to think about germing a few others, as it may turn out male, then all your time is wasted.

I agree, it looks a little stretched, defo get some more lights (if you only have 1) and move them closer.

you don't want a sprout in a pot to big i use 16 oz solo cups til they need transplanting i've heard it slows em down if the pots to big when there that small

Take them away ASAP. Buddy, your lights are in the green spectrum. Green is the only spectrum plants cant see. Like someone said, buy either warm or blue cfl's...

ok thank you for all your help i am a bit disappointed but i am learning so these 20 watts are no good at all they were only £1.50 from big W .uk. they are just temp i plan on growing 2 plants under two 200 watt cfls but they have not arrived yet so i thought i would pick these up but it turns out they wer a waste of money my plant is 7 days old the one in the pic and its afgani special from kc brains

Thanks
