My cfl grow tell me what you think

This is my cfl grow, this is my first time growing and I am using 5000K, 100 watt equiv for lighting(actual watts 23 I think) I have 2 lowryders growing and a bunch of other strains that I do not know, just picked seeds out of bud and planted them, if anyone has any advice for me that would be good.
