My Central FL project and a question about future project

I am experienced a little bit with indoor, but not so much with outdoor, so here is my situation and a few questions.

I started 3 plants [found 3 seeds in a 1/2 O of dro] inside a speaker box in late February, and they ended up getting WAY to hot in the box. My temp was 95max - 70 low...so I figured that I needed to plant them outside. In the beginning of April I put them in a great spot outside. They have been flowering for the past 2-3 weeks and are looking very good!

-One plant is about 1ft tall and flowering...sad!
-The second plant is about 2ft tall and is smelling like this citrus bud I had in NC ...I am stoked about that!!!
-The third plant, the best, is about 3ft and looking soooooooooo good! There are about 20-25 buds formed at the size of a nice bowl pack.

NOW! They have been flowering about 3 weeks and I was wondering what would be a good estimated time frame for when they will be done? I was thinking late june/mid julyish...? I am not in a rush, I would like to get about an ounce out of all of them or more

BTW I was in a rush to get them out of my house and I planted them wayyy to close together. I am worried about it, BUT I will be happy to just have some homegrown budzzzz haha. I do no want to replant them b/c they have been tranplanted 3 times!

It's kind of a sad story haha!

The question I REALLY need answered is this... I found a GREAT site and it is just awesomeeeee! I am wanting to plant 2-4 plants in a spot, just because of helicopters around here. Is there a BAD time to plant in Central Florida? I am thinking right now would be fine, but after late july wouldnt.

Thanks guys, peace!

Photo are off a crappy cellphone...
like i said, they are very close!

the one plant is way smaller because its fighting for nutes and space and light. putting them close like that might even kill the smaller one. i put mine out in june and expect the not autoflowering strains to be done mid september
