Theyd shoot it down with the water hose? Whereever you live they have funky policies, 4yrs ago I called the fire dept for cat in a tree and they were more than happy to help. They handled my cat very nicely as well, couldnt have asked for more.

There were some creative ideas some ppl had, alienwidows neighbor idea wouldve been fun.

Instead of a milk crate use a live trap. Put a wad of catnip in it and hoist it up. When the cat goes in it will trip the door.

Tractor Supply and most hardware stores carry them for about $20.

I had it sent to a relatives house, and they just brought it to my work. Im going to set it up right when I get home, Ill post a pic up for you later.

Hps vs t5 is no comparison in quantity. In quality I feel t5 is superior. I'm interested more in mh vs t5 for quality comparisons.
