My bud look very small for week 5 of bloom

I think people might need a little more info to be any help lolcan sum1 tel me y aint my buds growing????ther in the 5th week of flower but the buds r the same.....
What strain are you growing, what soil, what nutes, what light, what temp is your grow room etc.
A pic might help too
And you say "the buds are still the same" the same as what?

sry but no pics jus yet......iv got 12 plants in a hydro system and 20 in soil....im ruuning 2x600hps under the hrydro and 2x600hps under the soil.........my sapce is about 9x3foot.....and i feed them every 3 to 4 days my ppm is on 1200 ph for soil is between 5.7 an 6.5...i think i did add sum pk 13/14 in week 4 of flower.....my room has been on 30...an the lowest 13....hope that enuf 4 now lol
