my breeding project is all fucked! need some help and advice

well i have the most amazing specimen of lavender kush that i grew from seed (bag), the largest buds ive ever seen at week 5, well i wanted to get some seeds from this plant so i pollinated it with a lavender kush male plant (bag seed) on one bud of the plant by putting pollen in a bag and twist tying it to the branch so the pollen doesn't escape... the seeds are plentiful on this bud, but i noticed today that its an intersexed (hermie) plant and i picked off 10 bananas... will the seeds i breed be hermies now???

Bananas aren't as bad as outright pollen sacks. I have a purple strain that throws bananas yet I've never seen a single seed anywhere unless I'm making a cross. My cross always results in more beans on unintended female plants than the one I was trying to pollinate.
