Day 1 -

Found this forum a few days ago and decided I liked the BP setup. I made one the next day and germed some seeds in a paper towel. 2 are femd White Widow and 1 is a femd pineapple Express. 24 hours later the tap roots where out and I put them tap root down in the pre soaked rockwool. Im using RO water phed down to 5.7 and 6 drops of superthrive.

Day 2 -

The next morning one of the girls was already up out of the rockwool. Wow. I added 2 new 6 inch airstones held down by fishing weights and hooked them up to my bigger air pump.

Day 3-

2 of the girls are up out of the rockwool now and the 3rd is kinda concerning me, it looks like a balled up mess of roots and stem. I really hope it works itself out.

And other texas boy remember everythings bigger in texas grow big buds and make us proud im fixing to go hydro myself just need the nutes and rockwood happy growing

looks good so far, I can't wait to see how the Pineapple express turns out, I almost ordered some the other day..
also, is that a 5gal bucket? are you planning on using that all the way through? might to think about final plant size if so. =)

Yeah me too. Hopefully all the seeds come up. I only have one PE seed and I had them all labeled in my tubberware then stupidly that night I came home drunk to seeds at only 24 hours with half inch tails so I had to get them in the rockwool. Anyhow I was drunk so didnt label them. I bet I can tell them apart when the get a little more growth though. Well Roseman has his in a 5 gallon bucket and hes kinda why Im doing this so guess we will see?

If you want PE attitude seed bank is giving one away right now just click on the newsletter page and there it is just pay shipping. Not promoting them but just an FYI.

Ok all of them are up and out of the rockwool now. I checked the feeding tubes this morning and noticed one had slipped out. I dont know how it came out as they are a bitch to get in. They are sleeping now, I'll post pics tonight.

looking good. I just setup a BB system similar to yours. I got the smaller ladies in a cloner until they get big enough to move over into the buckets.

Quick question though. I was going to do 1 plant per 5 gallon bucket as I am not too sure how they would grow together in the bucket. I would think they would grow out of the room in there if there are multiple in 1 bucket. Keep us updated as you go. nothing like smoking green you put a lot of time and effort into.

Idk man, guess we will see what happens....

Day 13- all my feeder tubes are clogged or trickling too slow so I removed them and brought the water level up so I can do DWC the rest of the grow. Also my water pump brought the temps up to 78 whereas my other res thats just DWC is sitting at 74. I think BP is good for the 1st 2 weeks, then remove the tubes but thats just me.

You are absolutely right. The pump and feeder tubes get to be a hassle after the first 2-3 weeks and most bubbleponics growers remove them when the roots hit the water. The tubes are mainly to provide a head start but don't really have an advantage after the roots have hit the deep water.

I agree and I will continue to use the feeders tubes to start my grows. My seedlings totally took off compared to my DWC seedlings. Maybe I didnt have enought bubbles, idk but it worked for me.

Good luck with the PE, its really an awesome strain!

Awesome bro, mad reps to you! Can you give me a little more discription on awesome? How does it smell? Did you harvest? How long did it take? How does it taste? LOL thanks

Awesome...well she stayed super short and bushy in veg, vegged 45 days under *CFL's*, topped at 5th node, incredible node spacing (less than an inch between nodes), it had preflowers around day 38 still in veg, just flipped to 12/12 a couple days ago. The leaves smell so fuckn good, citrusy, super strong plant, cant wait to plant 4 more in 2010!
Check my sig!
