Three of my plants are saggy they were ok before i transplanted them.

Those plants was in flowering stage for 3 weeks BEFORE I GOT THEM..........

This guy didnt know how to grow or the hours so i got the clones off of him

Since ive have them they grew 2-3 inches in like 4 days i think.

I have the plants on 18/6 and NOW im watering them 32 oz every other day with NO nutrients.

I was watering them everyday
was i watering them to more is that why they are saggy?????

Yeah it sounds like over watering. You should water once every three days at most probably.

Do you know what a thirsty plant looks like?

Okay, wait two to three days. Stick your finger into the soil. It should be dry down to an inch or so. Put your finger into one of the holes at the bottom, this area may still be really moist, if it is still moist don't water for another day come back and check again tomorrow.

Pay attention to how the plant looks in this process soon you will learn all the body language of your plant and grow dank buds with ease.
