My babies need transplant advice.

I am about to plant my germinated seeds in disposable cups, to start them off, these are my questions.

-I am going to start them off under cfl then move them to 600watt metal halide. Are the cfls adequate?

-When should I move them under the metal halide?

-When should I transplant my seedlings to my 3 gallon pots?

just start them out in the 3 gallon pots. the ones that sprout. cfl's will be fine until they get much bigger. if you're going to transplant give it a vitamin B supplament or a rooting hormone of some sort. The most important thing when transplanting is not to disturb the roots as carefully as possable

I have been vegging this clone for about a month now under a 110w T-5 cfl and two 13w LED panels. What kind of cfl will you be using? how many watts?
