My 400 hps stoped working

My 400 hps stop working what amp/volts fuse can i get for it? I took the original one out but it had paper over it couldnt read it..thanks guys
 
Let me consult my crystal ball.You need more info....is it magnetic/digital?
I would imagine a 5 amp fuse is needed but that is a guess based on wattage and accounting for mag ballast start up spike.
