yes, thats why i chose him, he offered it in small amounts, so i got a mix of diff shit . methylone, T2 and 2ce. i got to sample 3 chems for 30 bucks...It wouldve been a good deal if the 2ce didnt suck.
Methylone was active by the way, but not the T2 or 2ce. Vendor is no longer around.

I know this thread is a couple of weeks old now but I just wanted to post because I'm pretty sure I know why your 2C-E and 2C-T-2 didn't work.
^ The answer's there. When a country makes a substance illegal, they often crack down on the import/export, and on the businesses a while before they actually change the law. For example, the UK recently made Mephedrone illegal, but weeks before they made import illegal, and so vendors started cutting their product big time in order to meet their remaining orders with what they had left. In some cases they even simply sent out other chemicals, or inactive substances, just so they could fill all their orders.
It's likely the same happened here, the chemicals were about to be banned, he couldn't get any more 2c-* chemicals and so he cut his remaining product/replaced it with something else.

I havent' heard of any 2c's being illegal... besides 2c-b and 2c-t7!

I know some people who have insufflated ~60mg's 2c-e lol... I have taken ~20, which wasn't really a lot at all, granted it was about perfect with what I wanted in return from it.
