my 1 indoors grow

So my seeds arrived yesterday, i have made an improvised closet grow with 2*2.5*3 tall for veg for the moment only have 3000 lumens per sqf (gona put more 3 40wt cfl bulbs there) got to pc fan for know one pulling in one out. temp are 82f to 62 at night +/- i use celcius so not realy sure if its right

How many plants can i veg with this setup? i put 4 seeds in "party cups"

I know the door is sketchy but stealth is not a prob and was just so the light doesn't annoy me. Those pots take about 0.5lt but its just for the seedlings.

Can someone give any advice? how much space would i need to veg 4 or 6 plants?
And i upgraded my setup to 6000lumens sqf that should be enough for veg.
As flowering i only have a 150wt hps for know but gonna put 5 30wt cfl with 2700k to help. the space for flowering is 8sqf+/- i use centimeters so making a correct conversion is hard.
