this is a niggered up grow
Hey Hodge, Have you seen what TLD has done with twilight, CC, and WC? He's become a madman. Hope you are doing well. I should be getting started on my OD 2010 grow soon. I've almost got my grow area design done and will start it up soon. I will need to make some tough decisions on what to grow from my list.

Tell Momma I said hi.

Hey i just happened apon this site a few weeks ago and thought if there are any southern ontario growers Hamilton, Niagra, toronto, Belleville, Kingston, Ottawa growers could help me decide on what strain i should grow for the climate around here.
I'am also starting from seed if anyone knows of good canadian sites with reliable service that accept Vanilla Mastercards so i can keep thing on the D'N'L

so far on my list of maybes i made in the last month i got:

Bubblelicious
Blackberry
Brainstorm Haze
Bubba Kush
Mighty might
Swiss Cheese
Purple Wreck
Purple Widow
White Widow
White Rino
El Nina
there was one that was a Northern Lights and Fucking Incredable mix
Original NL
Tangerine

I was also looking at the pros and cons of growing "short stuff"
Fem'd auto flowering plants and doing two crops but this year will only be my 1st outdoor

if anyone has any extra strain suggestions please let me know im trying to look at plants that stay under 5 foot mark
my area has a few crop hoppers that i know of,.... low odor plant would help too

Thanks

Wow, that's one heck of a line up. I would stick to a pure Indica strain for stealth, low in height plus it's an earlier strain for harvest, less time outside.. as far has odor? you'll have to plant some type of cover, not sure what you can grow up in your area but check into it and plant something that helps to mask the smell of pot..:leaf: Make sure to keep us posted on your grow for 2010..:bigjoint:

I'll definatly post pics from seed to harvest i got a good HD camera too im hoping to order by end of Feb. but im still undecided about which stain i want to use... im leaning towards a NL strain or a Lethal Purple..

Hi, Hodge!

Incredible grow! Beautiful plants!

I'm fairly new to this forum. I'd been a regular at another, somewhat smaller site for three years when the owner lost his mind and banned a bunch of long time regulars. Anyway, I lost 4700+ posts, three growlogs, and several tutorials when they deleted all my posts and pix(3000+).

I hope you'll look in on my 2010 log. You might notice some similarities in our styles...

One thing I want to mention, regarding bud worms. The Caterpillar killer(as you probably know) is Bacillus thurengiensis(sp) and maple molasses. Completely non toxic. I spray twice during blooming, using a very fine mist sprayed lightly on the buds on a sunny day. A few days later, I give my girls a shower, removing the molasses, each time. The last application is usually in mid September.

I had one worm in my cage and none in my greenhouses, this year.

Were doing fine and appreciate the positive feedback and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for the support and encouragement. The wife and I are going to cut back in 2010 and let our sons carry on the strains. I'll post pics and updates for this seasons grow on the new page (1042010) out door growing. Thanks.... Hodge
