mv ballast used for hps light?

hi every1 i was wondering, sence i've never seen it or heared of it before, if it would be possible to hook up a hps light to a mv ballast and make it work?

no,, while the watts may be the same the amps arent

all u haveto do is look it up i don't remember the website but i did google it

all i could find was a conv. bulb to go from MH to HPS or HPS to MH. cant find anything on a MV to HPS.
