Mutation Id'ing

What's up RIU. One of my plants have what appears to be a variegated mutation. Prefer other biologists/botanists to chime in but if you've seen it before I'd still love to hear your input. I've reached out to some other scientists, but we haven't been able to pin-point it.
I've seen this once before in approx 1000-1500 seedlings. Appeared immediately upon sprouting both times and doesn't appear to cause any significant distress (for example, the first time I observed this, the total harvested flower biomass was of no significant difference to that of the other plants). Also, we're pretty sure it is based on the general chemistry of cannabis and not any minuscule variation associated with individual strains (recall that they're are only a handful of genes actually responsible for strain variation). Thanks!
