Mutants and Slow Growing OH MY

Everything in a nutshell... Any advice on what to do with mutants would be appreciated. And maybe if bringing the non mutant inside will speed it along?

Mutants.. just give them a spot outside where you weren't going to put anything else and see what they produce. What else can you do?
