take like 2 months or a lil less. with one cc syring you can innoculate 10 half pint jars and from those 10 half pint jars you can make about 2-3 nice caseings wich will yield well over an ounce pretty much every flush and you get like 3-4 flushes

The difference is what YOU want out of it in the end. Are you just looking to have your own personal stash of shrooms, or maybe for a friend or two as well? Go with the bag type, like from Homestead Book Co.
Or are you looking to achieve massive quantities, to supply a lot of people? Then you should check out the PF tek method.
