mushrooms growing in my grow cup???

i have been growing like 9 plants for a few weeks now and i just noticed mushrooms growing up out of 2 of the 3 cups this i kno is bad how can i help prevent this better

Garlic kills fungus. Mince fresh garlic or put garlic powder in some water and spray them. See if that works.

Mushroom spores are everywhere, and mushrooms will emerge given the right conditions. Just remove the mushrooms. By disturbing the top layer of your soil from time to time, you should keep those things from happening.

i pulled 2 out the other day and today there is another one in one of the cups there common looking mushrooms should it be something to watch for if they keep coming up?
