I started the seeds on 6-10-2013 and Transplanted a Timewreck from Soil to DWC from a solo cup on 7-12-2013. This is their current state and I am running into problems.

So i just noticed some bugs on the dwc setup and i just removed drip ring yesterday also slight tacoing of leaves and the ppms were shooting above 700 when i set it at 400 so i did res change and brought ppms down to 300. All of the babies had some burnage from light but are slowly recovering. I feel like the seedlings are taking WAY too long to grow. Hmm should i transplant them yet? Here's some details:
DWC
Using RO water that tests at about 15 ppm before i start adding anything
5.9 ph
150ppm cal mag
add GH 3part equal parts to 300ppm
1 drop a gallon of Superthrive
2 air stones in 5 gal bucket
good air pumping to roots
600W set to ~400W for heat and light stress issues
2x4' grow tent
Coco
200ppm calmag
400ppm fox farm big bloom
1 drop a gallon of Superthrive
