moving plants from inside to out, Flowering question

I am starting my plants Inside under 18 hour of light, The problem is that when I move them outside, there will only be about 14 hours of light. Will this cause my plants to flower or will they adjust and keep growing?

should I put them under 14 hours of light inside while I wait for it to get warm enough to put outside? that way there is very light difference in time difference of light?

yup, i would gradually get to 14 hrs inside, then move them out. should work fine.
