i am going to help my brother moves some plants from his outdoor growspot into his apartment

i have many questions

1. what is the best way to transport into containers

2.will they go into shock from moving them into an indoor environment?

3. do you have to use nutes on the plant?

4. whatever help or suggestions you have feel free to say

thanks:peace:

.....bump......

please anyone that has some info or suggestions i am doing this with him in a few days probably monday morn

You really have more to worry about when moving a plant from out to in. How big are they? You Got to think about roots, and their depth, as they have no limit outside. All plants need nutes in or outside. You also have bugs to worry about. Bringing a bunch of crittters into your crib isnt fun.

ok well the roots i will be careful to dig deep.....very deep

ill put them in a 5gal bucket

and for bugs...they dont matter because the grow will be in a shed

the plants are about 1 1/2 and 3 ft

As long as ya steer clear of the roots while digging, no probs! Just make sure if you start using nutes now and you havent been, use only a tiny amount first since the plants are used to not having them. You wouldnt wanna nute burn after a successful transplant!

i have many questions

1. what is the best way to transport into containers. If you can find burlap bag..put plant in bag and bury it..bag and all..it'll breakdown, and no root blockage..

2.will they go into shock from moving them into an indoor environment?
They'll get stressed a bit....
3. do you have to use nutes on the plant?
No nutes for a few days..let baby recover

thanks twisty

any other thoughts/suggestions would be awesome
If they're IN ground..make sure you dig about 12-18" away from stem, the roots can 2X the height of plant....the rest is just common sense..don't expose the root to sun. do it when cool and later in the day....etc

well im goin to do it around 3-4 in the mornin so sun is not a vertue

and i will be sure to dig deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep

thanks for the help ill let yall know how the transaction works out when i do it
