Moving licenses

I'm heard from a few ppl that health Canada are allowing patients to move there production license come November . Has anyone else heard anything like this ? It would be nice to take my license from my DG who is giving me absolutely nothing and start growing my own meds
 
I've been following this issue closely and haven't heard anything about this.
Did these people have an email from HC or a letter, phone call?...Anything of substance?
There is no MMAR department within HC to process any paperwork, so I don't know who or how this would be accomplished.

Just grow your own if you are sick. Same boat as any MMAR or MMPR patient in the eyes of the Law.
 
I haven't heard, but I sure hope so. I think it was one of the issues Conroy was trying to get fixed. I'm moving mine regardless..it's not like they ever checked anyway, and as long as I stay within my plant limit, I should be fine. It is completely unreasonable to force meto travel an hour each way to tend my garden. I have to pay another patient to help as I can't be there all the time. There is also only enough room to grow 18-20 plants and I want to grow the full 49 I am allowed so I can start cooking with it.

Based on every DG that i know,i worked in the industry (grow shop).most people have a passion for the money not the plant,i really don't think there are many (that i have met) that have a real love for the plant.I on the other hand am very passionate probably too much lol...
 
I recently heard that if conroy doesnt get his way they are allowing another appeal. This injunction could last 2 years in worst case.

2 more years eh ? I really hope it can be moved . I have a 70gr a day license that is not being used . I have a facility that I would be able to start up next week .
