Moving from inside to outside

Ok my plants just started but in about a month when its alot warmer i want to move them outside. Will this allow for a larger yeild? The reason im doing this is because i dont have an amazing light system, im just using my lamp but it seems to be working, but i doubt it will when they are about 1ft tall, they will need something a little more powerful, like the sun.

the sun will give you a large yield

Look into "hardening off" which is basically getting the inside plant ready to face 24/7 outdoors.
