Moving flowering plants indoor?

I live in Northern CA. And just set up my 8x4x8 tent with 2x1000 lghts(cool tubes) attached to 6" inline fan. I currently have 6 plants outside and all are budding( some more than others). Where they are now they are next to a fence so some of the plant sits in the shade, and my neighbor has 3 dogs , not sure if thats why Ive seen a few spider mites( ive sprayed azatrol).
So my intentions are to give all the plant more light and better control/prevent the mites.
Is there a downside to moving them indoor at this point? They are currently sitting in 30 gallon bags.

Yes don't do it you will bring bugs and infest your room.
