moving an indoor plant outdoors! is it possible???

i have a plant that was 25days old and its wasnt doing well, its a m39 clone and i decided to plant it out side because i assumed it would start flowering , is this going to work out

You can move a plant outdoors. I would leave it in it's pot a couple of days and in a spot that isn't full sun all day long. After a couple of days, make sure pot soil is moist and transplant to new location. Keep in mind organic ferts attract insects, so you might want to hit the plant with some neem oil.
