Moved indoor to outdoor, hairs turning brown

moved my indoor flowering plant of 3 weeks outdoors due to not producing much. Buds werent really growin. now the leaves are turning white and hairs are orange brown almost all of them.. should I just harvest this baby or what guys?

Most of your problem is most likely due to the increased intensity in the light, AKA sunburn. This will cause your plants to basically go into shock. Try giving it some shade and increase the amount of suntime slowly while your plant adapts. Hope this helps happy growing
