I just positioned my lights around to where i think is pretty good what do u think i have 6 100w cfls 1600 lumens ea 5600k ea and a lil fan the lights are about 2 1/2 a couple might be 3 and the fan is giving a breeze moving the leaves gently.

He's referring to your light setup and aluminum foil. Aluminum foil does 0 for light reflection, what you're looking for is mylar, or you could paint the surroundings in flat white.
Your lights are underpowered if you are trying to produce any significant amount of bud. I'm not trying to nitpick only educate. If this is all you have, then I would say you are doing fabulous, minus the aluminum foil.
